Jeffrey Lavigne is a highly respected personal injury attorney serving clients throughout Nevada. He is dedicated not only to the practice of law but to making a positive difference in the lives of those he serves. Guided by a strong moral compass and a genuine desire to protect the vulnerable, he is proud to stand alongside clients in their pursuit of justice.

Jeffrey graduated from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada (“UNLV”) in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. He continued his education at UNLV, earning a master’s degree in Rhetoric. He then worked as a professor of public speaking at the College of Southern Nevada, where he honed his mastery of the art of persuasion. Motivated by a strong sense of justice and a desire to have a broader impact, Jeffrey returned to school, earning a law degree from the Willaim S. Boyd School of Law in 2015. He is currently licensed to practice in Nevada. He is also admitted to practice with the United States District Court, District of Nevada and the Nevada Supreme Court.

Jeffrey began his legal career working for a large multinational law firm. While it was a prestigious position, Jeffrey was dissatisfied that he was fighting for banks and corporations, rather than people. In 2016, he left corporate law and joined forces with his brother at the Lavigne Law Firm, where they defend individuals from the oppressive and often dishonest tactics of insurance companies.

Jeffrey’s approach is rooted in understanding—the belief that each case represents a person with a story. Jeffrey has his own experience with chronic pain and knows firsthand all the different ways that a serious injury can impact one’s quality of life. He will never urge a client to settle early for easy money, because he understands that no amount of money will ever truly compensate for the pain, loss, and disruption caused by a serious injury.

With over 10 years of experience, Jeffrey is not only recognized for his legal successes but also for the profound impact he has on those around him. He strives to create a personal relationship with each client and remains friends with many of them long after their cases have been resolved.

When he is not in court or negotiating with insurance companies, Jeffrey enjoys golfing, hiking, playing tennis, and cheering for the Vegas Golden Knights.
