Kristian Lavigne is a highly respected personal injury attorney serving clients throughout Nevada. He is the founding partner of the Lavigne Law Firm. Born and raised in Las Vegas, he has dedicated his legal career to fighting for the underdog. Kristian has never represented insurance companies or large corporations. His entire legal career has been committed to representing injury victims to ensure they get the compensation they deserve.
Kristian graduated from the University of Nevada Reno in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. He went on to graduate from the William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas in 2009. Kristian is currently licensed to practice in Nevada. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of Nevada and the Nevada Supreme Court.
Early in his career, Kristian learned the importance of giving each case his personal attention. In 2010, he founded the Lavigne Law Firm, where he made a strong commitment to advocating for the rights of personal injury victims. In 2016, he joined forces with his brother, Jeffrey, who is also an attorney practicing in Las Vegas. Together, they formed a partnership aimed at holding insurance companies accountable and fighting for the dignity and well-being of personal injury victims.
